Our Story
FITPRINT was born from a simple observation: gym owners, fitness studios, and activewear brands deserved a print partner who actually understood their world. Not a generic print shop that treats a gym singlet the same as a corporate polo — but a dedicated partner built from the ground up for the fitness industry.
Operating from our headquarters in Nerang on the Gold Coast, we've been perfecting custom printing since 2013. What started as a small screen-printing operation quickly evolved as we recognised the limitations of traditional printing methods for performance activewear. We needed technology that could keep up with the demands of modern fitness apparel — stretchy fabrics, vibrant graphics, and prints that survive hundreds of intense training sessions.
That's why we developed our HYPERFLEX DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing technology. It's stretch-proof, scratch-proof, crack-proof, and rated for 50+ washes. It's the future of custom activewear printing, and we were among the first in Australia to adopt it.
We also pioneered Merch Stores for the fitness industry — giving gym owners, personal trainers, and CrossFit boxes the ability to sell branded merchandise to their community with zero upfront cost and no inventory risk.
