Gold Coast customers can collect their orders from our Nerang HQ free of charge. Orders must be collected within 30 days of dispatch notification.

Returns Policy
As all FITPRINT products are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our printing.
Print Defects
If your order arrives with a print defect or damage caused during production, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will reprint the affected items at no charge.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately. We will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.
Colour Accuracy
Minor colour variations may occur between screen displays and printed output due to differences in monitor calibration and fabric types. These are not considered defects.
