Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Fitprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
• Pricing is subject to change without notice
• Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout
• No setup fees are charged on any orders
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full

Artwork & Design

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all artwork submitted
• Artwork should be provided as high-resolution files (minimum 300 DPI)
• We reserve the right to decline printing artwork that infringes on copyright or trademarks
• Colour variations may occur between screen displays and printed output
• A digital proof will be provided for approval before printing commences

Production & Dispatch

• Standard production time is 5 business days from artwork approval
• Same-day dispatch is available on selected items for orders placed before 11am AEST
• Production times are estimates and may vary during peak periods
• Guaranteed dispatch dates are provided at checkout

Shipping

• Standard domestic shipping from $11.95 AUD (2-6 business days via Australia Post)
• Express domestic shipping $15.95 AUD (1-2 business days)
• International shipping from $34.95 AUD
• Fitprint is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch
• Local pickup is available from our Gold Coast HQ within 30 days of dispatch notification

Returns & Refunds

• Custom printed products are made to order and are non-refundable unless faulty
• If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days
• We will reprint or refund at our discretion for verified print defects
• Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a reprint

Intellectual Property

All content on fitprint.co, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fitprint and protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
